Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, you will see the lease when uploaded to the management software but you are not required to sign. -
Do you sell real estate too?
No, we do not. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Direct Deposits are made the last week of the month. -
How is rent collection handled?
We collect rent through a number of different ways using e-transfer, pre-authorized payment, post dated cheques, Visa or Mastercard. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
In most cases we do one year fixed term leases however depending on the situation, that may change. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
We collect the allowable amount in the province we are operating in. Most times the Security Deposit is the Same Price as 1 Month's rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We are ready to go when you are. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage everything from single family homes to large multi-family properties. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Your owners statements are sent once per month when the monthly deposits are made. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Deposits are held with the tribunal in New Brunswick and CHFR in Nova Scotia.
