President/CEO
Jeff is a Saint John, NB-based entrepreneur with a passion for building better communities. After getting his start in the industry by managing a single property, he saw firsthand how poor management could drain an investment's potential. He knew there was a better way—one that prioritized property health and tenant integrity.
Jeff launched his management firm to offer other owners the same level of detail and commitment he expected for his own properties. Today, he leads an expansive team with a focus on transparency, reliability, and long-term growth for every client they serve.
